Can I go to a retreat alone or will I feel out of place?
Many people come to a retreat alone These weeks tend to attract a similar types of people.
I've always found that the group mix really well, without getting in each other’s space if you want time and space to read and relax.

What age group goes to your retreats?
I get a very mixed group on the retreats and workshops. The youngest I've had is probably around 24 and the oldest - 70!
So it's a mixed bag and I think that works best.

I have back injuries from an accident. Can I still come to the retreat?
Pilates does attract people who have some sort of injury.
The most important thing whether coming to my retreat or going to someone else's classes is to let the teacher know the problems so that we can work around the injuries accordingly.
There are always modified exercises if there are particular exercises you can't do.
With severe injury, it is important that you bring a Doctor’s note and discuss in advance.
