Hi Everyone,
I have just got back from a sunny Lake District retreat. We had a wonderful time there. Thank you to my group who made it quite special and want to come back to the next one in Majorca this coming October! I hope they do.
I am taking a Psoas course this July with Liz Koch. Cannot wait. Very exciting. I will put more information in my next newsletter. That’s it for now!
