Monday 1pm, please feel free to join Pilates with me, Sarahpilates. £10/zoom class. Join the fun every week. All you need is a mat, floor space and your iPad or laptop. Make sure you position your camera close to where I can see you clearly. I will correct anything I can see on screen.
