During an Internet search, I found Sarah’s website and decided to join her at Miller Howe in the Lake District in May. I’m so glad I did! She has a warm, engaging personality and is passionate about teaching Pilates taking into account each individual’s abilities. I learned so much about the correct technique to prevent injury and get the best out of my body. Plan to join another retreat in the future.
