To all my lovely readers, I have now completed my retreats for this year and I’m happy to say they all went so well and I met some really lovely clients. This year, I did 2 retreats in the Lake District and 2 in Majorca with an added retreat in Darsham, Suffolk. Thank you to all of you who came to the retreats in 2016, I look forward to seeing some of you again in 2017 and meeting some new pilates clients too.
