4 years ago, the buzz in London was just fantastic. People stopped to say hello in the street. It was a fantastic time to be in London. Rio Olympics start tonight and I do hope that Rio is as excited as we all were. I haven’t seen much of a buzz here in the UK for Rio. What did I expect, I guess, but the build up to London Olympics was just so incredible, I thought there would be more press here. I guess it will build up as the Olympics continue.

Well anyway… if you are thinking of taking up a new sport this summer and you are inspired by the Olympics, do it now! Pilates with me.. if you want! Or any sport that you have always felt the need to do. DO IT!
