By special demand, I have been asked to put on another pilates retreat this year in the Lake District. Miller Howe has been my home for pilates and massage retreats for 5 years now. I really love it there. Last July, on our last day, we were taken over by security men and dogs and had to leave by 10am! Why, you may ask… well the Queen was coming for lunch! It was so much fun on that retreat, watching the normal day to day running of the hotel change into excitement and a little madness awaiting her arrival. You can still go there and ask for the menu the Queen had that day!
